Dear Parents,

We are delighted you have accepted the offer of a place for your child at St Mary’s RC Primary School and Pre school in Osbaldeston for September 2023 and we warmly welcome you to our thriving school community.

We would like to invite parents to our Pre School & Reception Welcome Evening on Wednesday 14th June at 6pm. You will meet some of our  staff,  go through some of our school routines and expectations.  This evening will also give parents the chance to meet the other parents.

We know you may have many questions about your child starting school in September and we hope we will be able to answer these for you. Miss Pinn will give everyone a pack at the event with some paperwork as well as activities and resources for you to work with your children on before they start at school in September.

We have arranged a number of transition sessions after the evening, with the first being on Wednesday 21st  June and Wednesday 28th June from 1.30pm to 3pm.
 

Any questions about these sessions will be answered at the welcome evening.
The school term starts on Wednesday 6^th September when children will attend the agreed

pre-school days and Reception children will attend full time 8.45 am – 3.15 pm.
